Regina, who has her Juris Doctorate, has been a top-

performing agent for the last 22 years. Her legal background

is invaluable in handling the complex paperwork, negotiations,

and intricacies of today’s real estate transactions.

Joy, who has her MBA in Finance, has renovated, redesigned,

bought and sold many houses over the last 16 years. Her

project management experience means she knows how

to keep tasks on track and she understands which home

improvements impact property prices.

The two joined forces to bring a new level of service to

their customers. Together, their skills will provide you with a

positive real estate experience and they will carefully navigate

the intricacies of the transaction and assure each step is in line from contract to closing.

Joy Hicks, MBA, Realtor

Joy Hicks graduated with honors, obtaining her Bachelor's degree and later her MBA in Finance. She commenced her career in corporate finance at Merrill Lynch, where her efforts to enhance processes contributed to the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. Subsequently, she transitioned to a role in process improvement and project management at Homeside Lending. Eventually, she assumed the position of VP of the Fraud Department at Washington Mutual Bank, overseeing a team dedicated to investigating broker fraud in mortgages and earning recognition as a Summit Club winner. In 2007, she ventured into entrepreneurship, focusing on remodeling historic homes and successfully buying, renovating, and selling over $10 million worth of properties in the Jacksonville area, particularly in San Marco. Moreover, she provided consulting services to homeowners, aiding in their remodels and coordinating with contractors and sub-contractors to achieve their desired outcomes. With extensive knowledge in creating appealing living spaces and enhancing home values, she excels in identifying renovations that offer the best returns on investment and is adept at staging homes for sale. During her inaugural year in real estate, she was recognized as one of the top 100 realtors in Florida and achieved the 100% club status. Furthermore, she has actively contributed to the boards of Friends of Hendricks and Friends of Landon, demonstrating her commitment to community involvement. In addition to her professional endeavors, she has dedicated herself to coaching the Wolfson Varsity Cheer Team, leading them to remarkable achievements at the state and national levels over the past 8 years. Beyond her professional and coaching roles, Joy is also a devoted wife to Tim and a mother of two.
